so you see no motion of the engine belts while the starter is turning?
if so, you starter bendix gear is not extending and you should have the starter tested.
You either have no spark or no gas. When you place the key in the run position without trying to start it do you hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds?
that doesn't make too much sense. How can you even see the flywheel, it is inside the transmission bell housing.
If the starter is turning and you see no movement of the serpentine belt, remove the starter and have it tested
I took the plastic dust cover that bolts on the bellhousing off and I can see the flywheel it turns with the starter but the serpentine belt doesn't move
the flywheel is no longer attached to the crankshaft. All the bolts have either fallen out or broken, not too common a problem unless someone did work on the trani and didnt tighten the bolts correctly.
