Wipers stopped working

I have a 2011 Silverado. The wipers suddenly stopped working. Fuses are good and power is going to the wiper motor. Replaced the wiper motor, no luck. Replaced the switch, and still no luck. Could it me the underhood fuse box or BCM? I'm stumped...

The power to the motor is only there with the switch in the on position? Did you check for a relay in the circuit?
