Most 6 lug wheels have the same bolt pattern. The Trailblazer has a different bolt pattern than the full size chevys (6 on 5), but I think the Colorados are 6 on 5.5 like the full size trucks. What you need to check is the size of the center hole for the wheels to make sure there won't be any issues, also check the back spacing. As far as weight ratings, A chevy full size weighs much more than a Colorado, so you're good there.
