Why won't my passenger window go up in 2005 Chevy Impala? It will go down, not up.?

Very very cold outside. I had to put down a few inches because I had a gas container in my car and I wanted the fumes out. Will this fix on it's own (frozen?) or do I need to go to dealer.
Seems to be no power to the buttons (on driver and passenger side). When you push the other window buttons on driver's side, you see the lights dim, so I know those are working. Have not had any trouble til today.

It came off the track. NEVER go to the dealer. Waste of money. Go to a local mechanic they can put it back on track or put a motor in it if it needs it. PS. Buy your own motor if it needs it at a local auto parts store. NEVER go to the dealer!!
