Where is the shift lock relay located on a 2005 Chevy Cobalt? And how much

would it cost to replace? I have a 2005 Chevy Cobalt I bought used in 2006. Recently I started noticing that when I get it and start it up it has a hard time shifting out of park. It use to be I could pump the break a couple times and it would shift..well now it's getting more stubborn and it takes a few minutes. It's fine once I get it out of park..it shifts great in all other gears. I had talked to a guy I knew who use to work on cars and he thinks it's the shift lock relay..my question is what the heck is that..where is it in the car and how much is it going to cost me?
