I personally don't think they make them except with the monitors already in them so my advice would be to go to your local car audio shop or call if you don't want to waste a trip just ask them how much they would charge to make the cuts for you and even install your monitors in them. If you would like you could even do it yourself it pretty easy take your headrests out and take the housing of the monitor and trace it onto your headrest cut it with a razor in an X pattern from corner to corner then take some of the padding out put the housing in to make sure that it fits and if it does cut off the rest of the material and use some little screws and screw it into the foam or padding to help secure them ad then run your wire down the seat and out the bottom and I would recommend to go get a headrest from your local junkyard they should only be a couple bucks and it don't matter the color cuz your only gunna use it as a practice so you don't mess yours up and then you will know if the cutout has to be bigger or smaller Oh and if your monitors don't have a housing then jus put the monitor up to the headrest (so you can see the screen) and trace the outline of the monitor onto the headrest and make your cut like I described above I hope this helps you out.
