a warped brake rotor.

get your front rotors micked and turned or replaced, and replace the pads. Also get all 4 tires spin balanced.

either your belt on your tire is loose.
or your rotors are loose

the front rotors might be warped. have them resurfaced. it's like $10each - autozone or similar price different auto parts stores.

might be somethign this minor, and inexpensive
