Okay, i was pulling into the driveway and basically scraped the side fender on the ragged cement block. its a pretty bad scrape and i want to fix it for my dad cause he's kinda pissed. i was wondering if anyone knew if the paint was laquer or enamel base. i know i can use the laquer thinner if it is to kinda spread it around, but if it is enamel based, what exactly do i have to do?
