What maintenance do I need at 100K miles for a 2005 Chevy Cobalt?

My 2005 Chevy Cobalt is close to 100K miles, and I'm about to take it on a road trip in June and August. What maintenance do I need to take care of before my trip? One of the things I wondered about is if the transmission fluid need to be changed. Need some help, thanks!

i would change the transmission fluid and i would also check the acidity level of the coolant, and do an oil change
