Tundra? please provide specifics as to why you like one over the others....thanks.
What is your favorite truck; Ford F-150, Chevy Silverado, Dodge Ram, or Toyota

Silverado for sure....The dodges are built cheap...The engines are noisey and everyone and their mother has one were I live,,Fords just plain suck,I will never be a fan of ford...Tundra really doesn,t have the umph I was looking for....I had to have a diesel for towing long distances...Toyota has not come out with theirs yet....Ford seems to always have some recall or something wrong with them...So the silverado duramax for me...The comfort and ride cannot be matched...They pretty much got all the nbugs out by 2005...Both ford and dodge have leaf springs in the front...this is fine if you want a big lifted truck....But for ride,power and comfort silverado was the one...

Chevrolet Silverado. Best overall value. No-Nonsense features. Most reliable. In my book it's still the class leader. And of course OnStar is a feature that you can't get on any other vehicle.
Ford pickups are fine trucks too, but their engineering makes them very difficult to work on so I prefer GM's trucks as they are much easier to fix. As for their features like the steps built into the tailgate, those are great, but I can't see myself using them. My uncle has a new F-150, and he said after the first month, he kinda stopped using the steps and just threw stuff into the truck bed the way he did with his old pickup.lol It's like a feature that you're only going to use for the sake of using it, not because you need it. Still nice though.
Technically Ford F-Series is the best selling truck in America. However, GM's trucks actually sell more than the F-Series, but because of the separation of the GMC and Chevrolet brand, the sales crown always goes to Ford.
As for Chrysler, I don't like the direction they took the Ram with their latest revision. While they made it more mainstream and comfortable, they compromised on the overall capability and that's not pickup trucks are about. And in my experience, they tend to be even harder to fix than Ford and their reliability is horrible.
Toyota is an oddball here. They basically looked at what the domestics were doing with their last generation trucks and just supersized everything. The Tundra is a very muscular truck, but it's not a very smart one. It gets the worst gas mileage, it's V6 can hardly compare to GM and Ford's V8's. It's frame is very weak compared to Ford and GM. Reliability has been an issue with everything from the engine to the tailgate. And their advertising has been very misleading.
They like to talk about the size of their brakes being larger than the brakes on a Silverado. Problem is, GM's truck is much lighter, and therefore can do the exact same braking as a Tundra without being bigger. The Tundra's brakes are necessary because if they used brakes the size of the Silverado's it wouldn't be able to stop the truck anywhere near as well as the Silverado. What they advertise as features to benefit the consumer are really feature necessary to make the truck work.
There's a reason why if you look at any construction site today you're still going to see mainly Ford's and Chevy's out there.
