So, I backed up into a pole the other day. It put a small dent in the right side of the rear bumper and bent that side of the bumper in towards the truck about two inches. It didn't damage any of my tow gear or the body of the truck.
I looked online at some bumpers but they don't have the bar that's running parallel with the bumper itself. At first I thought it was part of the bumper, but now I'm thinking it's part of the frame or a piece that is mounted to the frame. Does anyone know?
Also, even if that piece or part of the frame is bent, do you think I could just install a new bumper over it if it is not in the way and nothing else is damaged?
