a chevy silverado? there is a bolt that connects the torsion bar to the lower a-arm. i need to replace that bolt and on the phone they dont know what im talking about so im wondernig what its called so i can replace it.

The torsion bar end is 6-sided, and slides in to the lower a-arm. There is no bolt that holds it in place. This is why nobody knows what your talking about.
You must be referring to the stabilizer bar. This is referred to as a stabilizer bar link or end link. It is accessed through a hole in the bottom side of the lower a-arm.
