What is a good offer for a new 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500?

I'm getting it new out of a dealer. What should I offer if it is LS? and if it is LT?

The new sale is for supplier price less rebate. There is not a lot of room to haggle on the trucks at that price. If you can get an extra $300 off the price you will have done well.
