What is a better first time truck, the toyota tacoma, chevy silverado, or Ford f-150?

My 16 year old son is gonna take the exam soon, and for his first vehicle, I want it to be a truck, due to the sturdier frame. I've narrowed it down to a Silverado, F-150, or Tacoma. I know they're all great trucks, but because of that, I don't know which one is the best for a teen. He's gonna be occasionally be putting things in the bed, but, he won't be hauling or whatnot. It'll be more of a truck he'll use as a car. Which one is the best, and why, and if there is another truck you would recommend, what is it?
