Water leak front passenger side.......firewall?? 2021 suburban

my 2021 Suburban is leaking in the front passenger side. I noticed a wet floor march of last year which they said was probably condensation leaking from hvac tube. They cleaned the tube gave it back. January of this year i noticed a bunch of condensation in my car, and again the passenger side floor was soaked with fuzzy mold stuff showing. There was condensation on my glove box and down the side of it by the passenger door. It has been in the shop for 3 weeks. They said it took them that long to discover that it was coming from the firewall. (I showed them pictures indicating that was probably a good place to start looking.) Now they want to say the warranty isnt covering the cleaning, labor or repair.....anyone else experiencing this? I was told my dealership saw atleast 3 vehicles with this issue.

Any updates? My 2021 has the same issue in the shop now
