Upgrade 2003 Silverado front brakes

I have replaced the entire braking system on my 2003 Silverado 1500 and it is still wimpy. I have seen videos where folks have used 2007 Yukon cals and rotors and 2020 cals and 13.5 rotors. I think the latter is the way to go. Is there an issue with clearance with the stock wheels?

I believe you have 16" and the 2020 has 17".

It is not. That is why I am asking. Otherwise I would have already made the upgrade.

If you look at aftermarket Wilwood kits with 13.38 rotors they require 18" wheels.
