Troubleshooting passenger heated seat

2008 Suburban passenger heat stopped working. Nothing happens when either button is pushed (top heater or both)—no lights, no heat. All other power functions and buttons work. Driver’s seat is fine.

Where do we start our troubleshooting? Door panel? Under the seat? Fuse?

Start under the seat with a test light or voltmeter for power to the heating element.
