I just bought me a 2002 gmc sierra the transmission would not shift out guybsaid he replaced it already well inwnent ahead and replaced it again it did the same thing and then I unplug the pcm for bout a hour or two plug it back in and it will give you one hard shift and I think it shift after that not sure but what would cause my issues I wouldn't thi k two transmission would do the same any advice would be great

It's an electronic transmission and requires a scan tool capable of reading transmission codes to determine the problem.

I will try that did it to the. First one n it had no codes but battery was mest up

Does your scanner do transmission codes or only CEL codes?
