To add engine coolant/antifreeze to a Chevy Cobalt '06, do i go just up to the fill

or over the fill line? I have the any color antifreeze and its completely compatible to the car. And the coolant/AF is considerably low because a cap was left off by some idiot mechanic, so im going to add some new coolant and its a fairly new car. So do i go up to the cold line or do i go over the fill line a little bit?

The extra coolant should go into the overflow tank, if the Cobalt has one. With the engine cold, fill it to the cold line.
