2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 5.3L- I've had this truck for quite sometime now, and for the past 10 years i've had to have the drivers side (front) worked on. Tire alignment. the wear is on the inside. What could be causing this problem. Thanks.

what exactly do you mean you have had the drivers side worked on, what did the shop do other than an alignment?
does the shop check for worn suspension and steering components before doing the alignment?
without a picture I can only guess that you have too much negative camber.

It is caused by improper front end alignment.
