I have a 1999 K1500 Suburban with a new engine, new starter, new battery (replaced twice) and still has trouble starting after long drives pulling a trailer of any weight. Haven't tried it without a trailer yet but I have two different trailers and it exhibits the problem with both trailers. It is worse with the heavier trailer so I am assuming it is an issue related to how hard the engine works.
Items running during pictures:
- Front and rear AC with fans on high
- Radio on low
- Vehicle and trailer lights
- No phone charger
The video link below is right after a 1 hour drive pulling a 4500 lb trailer. I know it is bad to start back to back like that but I want to eliminate a dead battery issue.

If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it. This is my work truck and I need it to be able to pull a trailer and not leave me stranded. Thank you for any advice.
