suburban irractic idle and stall!

I have a 94 suburban 5.7 fuel injected..new fuel filter.. plugs..wires..cap rotor.coil...it was stalling and hesitating so i rebuilt the fuel pump diaphram..it was filthy!! cleaned up everything..it drove great all day but now its starting to hesitated on take off (again) and the idle is a little up and down...do need to replace my air idle control...since the carb was so filthy??my injectors have a steady flow of gas so they look good...(i guess)
