Size of lift on A chevy silverado.?

I have a 2002 chevy silverado. I bought it from a used car dealer and have no idea how to determine the lift size. Also, when I let off the brake and start to accelerate, it almost feels like the body moves. I told the dealer to check out tranny but they said tranny was fine.......

Some people say there is a thing called "the body roll"

But that mainly occurs during turns when you have a body lift.
