So speaking of batteries, what group size are you running in your 'burb? Mine is a '93 and sits for long periods and if I don't disconnect the battery it will eventually die. My drain is normal. I don't have a security system, airbags or anything that uses keep-alive power. Autozone keeps trading me for a group 22 but I think I should be looking at a 24 or 27 for longer Ah rating. I think either will fit. What are you using?

Not sure is this link is correct but the post sides are reversed on the 24 and 27 compared to the 22. The physical sizes of the 24 and 27 are larger so can you measure if you have room for them?

Thanks for the link. I'm not sure which size mine is. The tray will take another 2" in lenght though. If mine is bad I think I'm going to upgrade.

Well my battery tested fine so I won't be upgrading right now. Not sure why it got so low and didn't recharge the other day. It only sat about a week prior to using it. I measured the drain while parked and it's only about 1.4mA. I may get a new solar charger to plug into the lighter when it sits outside. I have a battery tender in the garage.

have you checked the alternator output? battery cables clean and tight at the battery, the ground and the starter?

Yep. The alternator has been putting out around 13.9v at the battery. The starter is about a year old and the contacts are clean.
