silverado 2500 2011. there is a problem with the cooling system. the liquid level drops to half the tank. but when you open the lid, the level rises back to normal! tank and lid are new. water pump is new. The radiator is also new.

It's probably supposed to be at the 1/2 mark, I know both my vehicles are normal at half when cold. Did you look in the owners manual?

the liquid level in a cold state is at the top mark, but when it heats up it drops by half or lower and it says on the screen that there is not enough liquid!

and the egr system is canceled

Pressure test the cooling system including the cap.
