side mirror interchangable

I don't think so. The tilt of the stem holding the mirror would be in the wrong direction.
 
correct as stated above wont work
 
I read chuzz reply and tried it and it won't fit.. the angle is off.. so is there a factory mirror for my make and model or I have to get an aftermarket retro set and work with those
