Should I put Premium, Plus, or Regular gas in my 03 Chevy Malibu LS?

Just bought the car and I want the car to run as best as it can for as long as it can and was wondering if it is worth the price to pay premium or plus???

agree, regular is fine

if you notice excessive knocking, live in high altitiude etc...doesnt hurt to run 89...
no need to run 93 in any case

if you want it run well long term...change the oil every 3k religiously and service the transmission annually
