Removing Wheel Hub - 2004 Suburban 4WD

Hello

I am replacing the front wheel hub on a 2004 Suburban 4WD. The hub assembly is frozen to the body. I have banged on the hub assembly with a dead weight hammer and a chisel for several hours trying to get the assembly to spin free and drop out.

Does anyone have other recommendations to break the hub free?

I assume you removed the 3 bolts holding the hub to the spindle. You are banging on the back of the hub assembly to dislodge it? At amount 4:30 they show the removal of the hub from the spindle. The only other thing is to heat the spindle before trying to bang the hub out.

Thanks for your reply, zora. I have removed the three bolts and the axle nut. I'll try heating the spindle.
