rear differential oil

My truck is a 1994 gmc halfton with a 350 5.7 and a 10 bolt rear end and I havent changed the differential fluid since who knows when and Im going to do it this weekend and was wondering whats the best gear oil in your opinion.

Attached is the owners manual which contains a section on Recommend Lubricants. Any major name Valvoline, Castrol, etc. 80W90 will work.
