I just purchased a 1993 suburban silverado. When you turn and give it alot of fuel it will die. It idles between 0 and one on tach needle jumps. Has had a new distribiture, plugs, wires, fuel pump, and it only has 129000 miles on it. The radio quit working which is aftermarket. What could be the problem?

Do you lose all electrical when it dies? Could be a fusible link or something

No engine dies also noticed dash lights dont work all the time radio and dash vibrate on at times

have you checked your grounds? at the battery, frame, body, etc. how's your ground cable? corroded? tight? my dad had similar problem we found his ground post was broken inside the battery.
