Question about the Air bags and seats..

I have a 2001 2.2L Chevy Cavalier and it has a passenger air bag on the top of the dashboard.

I will be dwelling in my car and living in it. I am wondering how I can remove the back rest from the seat without setting off the air bag. I am wanting to keep the part you sit on still in the car, just remove the back rest so I can sit in the back seat and rest my feet on the butt rest part of the front passenger seat.

Why Do I need help from a local social service agency? I want to live in my car, save money eventually get a bigger new car. I am sick of being cooped up and cramped in an apartment paying for lights and rent and barely scraping by and having no money to do anything with and never going anywhere or doing things I love doing because all my money goes for bills. I been wanting to be a vandweller for years but haven't had a car to start it in till recently.
