Hey there,
As I'm posting this, I feel this is more of a general car question but I would still very much appreciate any help. I've tried to research it on my own and had no luck.
I'm looking to buy a 2004 Suburban from a friend. He wants to sell it to me for the lowest KBB value but it has a door that needs to be replaced and the window on the driver's side is stuck. Is it reasonable for me to ask for the lowest KBB value minus the cost of repairs?
Thanks for your input
