Hello!
I have been replacing PS pressure lines on my 99 suburban k2500 and by mistake took off the PS pulley. Thought it was the pump, but just the lines. Removal of pulley is super easy. Installation is another story. Rented the pulley puller/install from AZ but the threaded bolt only goes in maybe 1/4 in. I thought the bolt was to thread all the way into the PS shaft? Anyways, got the pulley on almost all the way but it is not flush with PS shaft. Off by 1/8 in. Stripped the threads on the install tool and bolt. Is there something that I am missing?
Thanks
Jon
