I have two 2008 Chevy Tahoes (99k & 112k) and both have the same problem, I had taken it to dealers and regular shops, but no answer.

The problem is: vehicle starts to shake/jerk and sometimes stall. It will restart without a problem. it mostly happens while slowly pulling out of parking stall or slowly moving from a stop, when hybrid mode is switching from AUTOSTOP (electrical mode) to gas engine.

Retrieved history codes: P061B and p0BBD
No current and no pending codes.

Anybody please help!

recommend you go back to the dealer and point out there is a service bulletin describing your problem and the codes. PIT-4808D. It is listed on the National Highway Traffic Administration web site but does not give the details beyond what I copied below.
