Dont know what it looks like but if the shaft spacing is the same and the cutout in the dash is the same it should fit. Why though would you want to do that, after all these years any 8 track tapes you find will have highly degraded sound due to the tape wearing out. You would be better off buying a modern chasis that fits with a CD and AUX inputs. Try looking at a company called Custom Sound.
 
The 75 has a different shaft spacing than the 77 and newer. It will not fit the holes in the dash. If interested I have the AM/FM Stereo radio that was removed from my 77 when the Retrosound Model 1 was installed.
 
i dont want it for how it sounds i want it for looks working or not i want my 78 to have the orginal dash and as for sounds im do something different a stealth install.
 
The AM radio will be free just pay the shipping charges. I removed it from my car and saved it in case someone needed one just to fill the space. Not sure if it works, but it might.
