Oil pressure fluctuations

My pressure fluctuates as I press and release the gas. At a stop it drops pretty low. I understand that it fluctuates as you do that but mine is doing it more than ever. I just changed the oil and filter as I’ve always done on all my vehicles. My truck takes a little over 7 qts and that’s what I put in there. Checked the level several times and it’s fine. Can someone tell me if this happens to anyone else

Did it do this before the oil change and filter?
Did you use the same oil and filter as prior oil changes?
How many miles on the engine?
