I just found your forum while doing a google search and decided to try my luck with you folks here.
I am searching for some information for my husband who is and has been a car mechanic for 25 years. His mother tongue language is french so I am asking his questions for him.
A friend of his has a 1973 Chevy Nova. He has asked my husband to change the wiring harnesses on his car, but he is unsure of what the job really is, as he has little experience in restoring old cars.
The guy had given him 4 harnesses from American AutoWire. The part numbers are NV47674, CA48362, NV48353 and NV48810.
He would like to know what this job involves? Like what is the estimated time for replacing all this, and is this considered and easy job or difficult job? Remember, he has loads of mechanic experience, just not with the Nova and restoration. We have no instructions included with all this.
