I own a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab 1500 Z-71 with the appearence package. I've owned a 1998 before that and it was a great truck. It has the 5.3L FlexFuel engine and it has great power, however I'm wondering if there are any performance upgrades for this engine.
Any information would be much appreciated.
