Im new here, this is my most recent buy. 1994 c1500, v6 2wd reg. cab short box. Only three spots of rust to replace, the rest will be easy. Planning on a turbo 6.0 LS swap in the future. Trans is dead, only paid $500. How'd I do?

I don't know how much they go for elsewhere but a really beat up one that runs can still get $1,000 pretty easy

In eastern NC if a truck runs it worth 1000-1500 regardless of condition. If it's 4x4 and runs 1500-2000. I just paid 2400 for a 99 suburban. Put about another 800 (includng two tires) in it and I got a great RV tow vehicle for the family.
