need help with 2012 malibu

new motor new starter new battery cables new battery turn key get one click from starter hen a clicking sound inside of dashboard any help with this would be amazing

who installed the motor?
did you do any testing for battery voltage at the starter solenoid when turning the key to start?
did you check the starter relay in engine compartment fuse box with a testlight or voltmeter?

i put motor in tested everything with multimeter has good voltage until you turn key to start it then volts drop

are you sure the battery was fully charged before you installed it?
go back over the connections at the battery, the starter, and the ground, you should not be getting a large voltage drop.
what is the voltage reading at the battery and what is it when you try to start?
