into a car I dont? I financed my 2006 chevy hhr this year. I hit a guard rail that was in the middle of the highway when
I was out of state. A big truck knocked it into the highway. The officer did not put the truck drivers insurance info on the report & now the officer is avoiding me. Anyhow, the car is in the car shop at my car dealership. I have a protection plan on the car, so I dont have to pay anything. But they told me that if my car is totaled & they cant fix it then they will offer me another car. Is it possible that they will try to force me into a car i dont want? or do they have to give me the same the car I had? Right now Im in a busted loaner car from the car dealership. Help, young woman needs answers.
