My alarm goes off every 30 minutes and the auto start won't work. It's the middle of the night so anyone saying "take it to the dealership" should know I already plan on it when the service department opens.
usually when the battery is low the alarm will go off every once in a while. maybe the cables to battery are loose too, or some cable on alarm is loose. but i'm more inclined to say its the battery since you also say the auto start wont work.
