...replacement... Causes? I just had my fuel filter and oil changed at a car care place. Ever since it was done, when my car has been off for a while (as in some hours), it will hesitate to start... as in it will turn over about 5-6 times. I previously never had this issue with the car... it usually starts after the first turn, if not 2 turnovers. Usually after running my car for a little bit, then turning it off, then back on a couple minutes later, it will start fine yet.

Any ideas on what may be the issue? I would like to be a little more educated on this before I go back to the car care place and want them to fix this issue...
I have about 78k miles on my car, and this is the first time getting the fuel filter replaced. I was kinda thinking that they put it on wrong, but not 100% sure. I was really hoping this was part of having a new fuel filter, but I guess not... back to the place to get it repaired..

SELL IT Cobalt is a GM failure car, like the Vega, Corvair Etc.

may be that they put the filter wrong. the filter usually has an arrow so you can see which way the gas flow should be
it could be that they put it wrong and due to that the engine uses more effort and takes longer to receive the gas

If you use some fuel injection cleaner in your next fill up could solve the problem. Some time when you replace the fuel filter you can get some dirt past the filter while reinstalling the filter.
