...totaly about a mile later? now it has gas in the cylnders,and the oil,no water in oil,earlier it was hard to start like it was flooded,any help would be nice,i'm thinking injectors or fuel regulator?
 
Sounds like your timing chain went south. Put the crank on TDC via the timing marks, and see where the distributor rotor is pointing.
