I recently washed the engine bay of my truck with soap and water because it was covered in mud. I covered my air intake with a plastic bag, and went at it gently with soap a soft brush and water. After I was finished I let the truck dry for about 30 minutes and I tried to start it. The electronics work, but the engine won't turn over. Whenever I turn the key to start it, it makes a loud click from the engine bay and wont even turn. It's been a few hours now and the same thing is happening, I have no idea what to do.
