It has power windows and I can not find out if it is just a fuse that is burned out

Almost a certainty that the fuse would work more windows than the drivers. And the window used the most is the driver's so the motor there wears out first. Most cost about $50s - $60 and are worth $100 to install. You will have to check locally though. It won't hurt to check the fuse which is probably a circuit breaker anyway as that is free but don't get your hopes up too much.

Is it really cold where you live?
My car windows will not work right now because they're frozen lol.

Other than that, the window motor might be dead (If it's a power window).

If your windows are not power windows then I have no clue.

Sorry if this didn't help =/

It's either a fuse or the motor itself. Both are fairly simple to check, get a manual for your truck and find where the driver side window fuse is, and replace it. If it doesn't fix it, check the wire. If the wire's fine, it's your window motor.
