Malfunctioning hvac dash control for 2005 K2500 Suburban… troubleshooting advice

Blower / fan speed control switch seems to be malfunctioning. On another Suburban I owned the blower fan resistor went out but the fan would run on highest setting. I get no fan at all currently. I had fan off and on for a bit. Now, nothing.

I’m wondering if it is switch itself, a loose or broken wiring connection, or perhaps the blower motor itself. Where should I start with my diagnostic journey?

Doubtful it's fuse, would have stopped immediately. Look at owners manual for any relays associated with fan. If you can access motor connection apply power directly to motor.
