I personally would NOT recomend a rough country lift at all because i've seen multiple welds actually break on that brand....i have a 6 inch super lift and easily fit 35's on with no problem of rubbing and my buddy fit 35's on a 4 inch lift so if you do go with a 5inch lift you should have no trouble fitting them
