Left Bank rich code

I have a 2010 Malibu,2.4 getting a code of left Bank rich, installed new m.a.s.,new OEM injectors,new AC Delco spark plugs,up stream O2 sensors,no vacuum leaks.Clear the code,back on with in 10 minutes of driving.During a cold start it "stumbles" for a second,smell gas fumes from exhaust,more so then normal.Was wondering about fuel trim adjustment,any info or insight from someone that has experienced this would be greatly appreciated
 
Exactly what is the code?
Have you checked the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line for gasoline?

Not yet,but I will check if the fuel regulator line is full of fuel?I assume it operates on a diaphragm of sorts,of no if no fuel present what's the next step,thank you for your time & advice

If you tried everything in the link next would be a shop with ASE certified technicians.
 
At the dealership now,they are checking the fuel trim levels.Will update hopefully tomorrow

Dealership re- set ecm,re checked fuel trim levels ,updated software, running great, better fuel economy,thank you for the help
 
Ran good for a couple of days, throwing the same p172 code?, getting frustrated
 
Going in Fri.I car pool to work,this is my week to drive,starts better on a cold start, gas mileage isn't what it use to be

The car was made in Quebec,would the fuel trim be different for Canada vs the US?

If the vehicle was originally sold in the US it doesn't matter where it was made.
