l6 egr valve question

OK I swapping out the smog parts on my l6 and the egr is giving me issues then parts the have for sell seem not to match the original .the one I have is an airtex/wells wma-4f2006 and it lines up correctly but the only problem is inside the nipple where the valcum line goes the clearance in the inside is way smaller than the original did I get the wrong part or they changed it

NAPA lists your EGR valve as being available from a number of suppliers. Without an airtex/wells catalogue there is no way to know if you have the correct EGR.
